All products come with a warranty and are subject to the following conditions and limitations. The Warranty is void and inapplicable if the product has been physically damaged, opened or displays any visible or not indications in our opinion that they have been tampered with.

 Damage caused by accident or neglect or in being transported, or the defect is due to the product being attempted to be repaired or tampered with by anyone other than Oz Wholesale Security Products (OZWSP) shall void all and any warranty.

The product must be packed and returned to us by the customer at his or her sole expense the method of freight is your choice.

A returned product must be accompanied by a written description of the defect and a photocopy of the original purchase receipt/invoice. This Invoice/receipt must clearly list model and where applicable the serial number, the date of purchase, the name and address.  A Return must be made within 21 days of the date of invoice and is subject to the return conditions and restocking conditions; see below.

OZ Wholesale Security Products reserves the right to modify a products appearance wether by manufacture change without obligation to purchasers of previously manufactured products and to change the prices or specifications of any product without notice or obligation to any person.

REMEDY
In the event the a product fails to meet the above Warranty within its time frame and the above conditions have been met, the purchaser's sole remedy under this Limited Warranty shall be to return the product to OZ Wholesale Security Products (OZWSP) where the defect will be rectified without charge for parts or labour, except batteries.

LIMITED TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER
This Warranty is for the sole benefit of the original purchaser of the covered product and shall not be transferred to a subsequent purchaser of the product.

DURATION OF WARRANTY
All products come with a minimum 90 days warranty. Most products have a 12 months warranty. The warranty period will appear on the invoice at order
and payment. i.e: WAR90D (90 Day) WAR12M (12 Month)

RETURNS
Items received for repair or replacement will be returned to you at our expense using our method of transport.

REFUND RETURN:    A restocking and handling fee of $20 or 15% at our call may be charged against a "Return for Refund item, your Postage is non refundable.
